I have won once. I wrote a review(Z.O.E) to try and win and I did, I was very happy and couldnt believe that I had won. I tried to write what I thought and made sure that it sounded good, like a proper games magazine would do. I have also tried to write other reviews and have posted quite a few good messages. As other people have said it depends on what has been posted that day.

Just post because you want to. Its a bit of luck if you win, it depends on what else has been posted that day. Sometimes not much gets posted so a relatively poor topic wins (like mine). On other days loads of good stuff is posted so the winner really is exceptional.
I dont know if this helps, but i find it easier to write longish posts replying to what some one else has put. GAD winners aren't always posts that start threads off, you can win my posting a reply too.

Where is this amazing PSO story, anyway?
Note to DJ Sack: Winning GAD is about as likely as winning the National Lottery Extra. (Nigh on impossible). Some people seem to be able to win really easily and frequently with relatively poor posts whilst people such as myself find it impossible to win even though I wrote a fantastic PSO story, several good reviews and a few good quality posts concerning relevant issues. You'll give up trying soon like I did. I won an Amazon voucher (£50) easier than winning this and it's worth more too.
