Didn't know which forum to put this in, but I know people like Ali and others have decent sound setups, I have about £200 to spend on a decent sound system for my JVC widescreen TV which I believe has a Dolby Pro Logic II Decoder. Any help would be good, Cheers!

Just before Barca - Real...

Xbox, PC and it is far better to get a top stand alone DVD player and a decent Surround Sound system with an AMP and use an optical cable to connect to DVD player.

In general, DVD players are poorer at decoding the sound thus losing quality.

Hmmm...

What's the point in having 5.1 Surround Sound without having a DVD player to match it?

There you go mate, not in black but the system is top dog for the price. I paid £270 for it a few years back, excellent system.

Mine is but the Yamaha TSS range is right in his budget, around £200-230. Hense the reason why I said I would have a look around for him later today.
