You could get around that by including clothing in your super hero clause.
The point people are missing is that to be invisible you have to be naked. Sure people can see you when you're in water, when it's raining, snowing, hailing, foggy, cold, etc :)

invisible, definetilly, but you would be able to control it, not stay invisible. If you were invisible, you could do everything u every wanted too do. Walking into girls changing room for example. w00t. :D
I think the government would be more interested in you if you could go invisible. They would get you to do all their missions, kinda like in that Buffy episode.
