There are going to be some redundances soon aswell.

I get two rises a year. Why are people going to be made redundant? I know some forces are not taking more people on for a while. They have a drive followed by a lol in recruiting rather then just a steady stream. Dunno why.
Oh right, well I know that alot of big companies are having to make their staff redundant, as there are too many newcomers, so I thought that this may be the case in the police department aswell. There do seem to be alot of people who want to be policemen still.
