Yep. They would head butt a block out would pop a mega mushroom, they would grow to 20 times there usual size, run up to us, jump on our heads which would make fall on our backs with no way of getting up. Then they would pick us up and throw us at someone else. Game over for us but leaves them to run to the end of the stage to clear the level. Bas' the lot of 'em.
