I bought a CD 2 weeks ago and went through the usual process of paying for it, with £1.50 '1st class' postage. Nothing arrived in the first week so I emailed him over the weekend and he said all items are sent every Monday.

Ok.

Nothing arrived last week either, and as yet, still nothing this week.

I've emailed him loads of times, but no replies.

Is there a way I can get my money bak? I paid by Paypal.

It was only a tenner, but still, I don't like being ripped off.

Noooo! Knowing my luck they'll have cleared their funds out, even though they do seem legitimate and are still trading :(

Ah right, yes. But paypal can only reimburse you if the seller has money in their account.

I may have read it wrong, But I'm sure there's 2 options - eBay Buyer protection and Paypal Buyer protection (only if you paid by Paypal).

The Paypal one is free, but limited to 2 claims per year, whereas the eBay one is limited to 3 claims every 6-or-so Months and costs £15.

Either way, I should use Square-trade first as they are free and will try and resolve the dispute before it needs to be elevated even further.

To an extent it does, but ebay charge £15 to use the service, as such anything worth less than £15 isnt covered.
