I was watching 2fast 2furious then i just changed channel and i saw a 15 years old girl doing porno, Sex with a man of 20 & 30 this is disscusting and she's, Brazilian thats normal for brazil they win money by doing that type of jobs they have, No respect to the others ahh.

Its illegal for someone over the age 16 to have sex with someone under 16.
Unless it's differant in brazil??

Has anyone considered it might have been a documentary that this chap watched? He doesn't seem to be able string words together, so it's entirely possible.

isn't pre-16 porn just another euphuism for Child Porn. I'm not a fan of porn, think its degrading for people to lower themselves to that. If there is a place in the world where 15 year olds are able to do porn, I recon in my own personal opinion that it is not of their own free will, I mean how the hell does a 15 year old kid know about sex and that stuff.... the parents are not doing a good job.

See, what you're doing there is applying Common Sense to the Law. And the two aren't generally mutually exclusive. For example, Prostitution isn't illegal. Soliciting is. But you have to pay income tax on earnings from Prostitution. But if you do, you can get busted for Living off Immoral Earnings.

I'm not 100% sure of the law to be honest. She or He are at the age of consent at 16, but are technically minors and so I suppose a porn director would face charges of corrupting a minor.

That's the good* thing about British law; it's full of contradictions.

* - By good, I mean hysterically awful.

Well you certainly have to be 18 to watch it.


A 16 year old actress has to wait two years to leagally see her perfomance! :-D

I always thought you had to be 18 to watch or be in porn.

That's in the US. It's 16 here.
