Remember to include the names of the people, the votes they're received and the last person who voted for them so if people take over the tally they know where to count from.

You should to a system for each "state"...

So whoever gets the most votes in a certain state (forum) will get points and...

What about PR? We could elect like 36% of a notable that way.

Anyone should be in charge except the people who actually are.
And that applies to everything.
