I'm at college at the moment so feel free to update it in my absence as I wont be posting as I've got work to do and suchlike... ish.
Remember to include the names of the people, the votes they're received and the last person who voted for them so if people take over the tally they know where to count from.
Update in't main bit.

Whatever. My point is, I'm not going to go out of my way to make every Johnny-Come-lately, flash-in-the-pan, top of the last 30 day posters list for two months and then gone n00b feel welcome just because they might take offence to something I say. No-one went out of their way to make me feel welcome when I joined. Respect is earned, not demanded.

I welcome people as I see fit. If they come in and post a load of rubbish, then I'll tell them it's a load of rubbish and I will also point out why. If someone comes in and posts something worthwhile then my comments will reflect that. I've always respected people who tell things how they see them, Brian clough being a fine example. I'm not going to mince my words just for the sake of not hurting someones feelings. If you take offence at that, I really couldn't care less, because I don't really know them. C'mon thios is the internet, if you take offence at some words on a screen then I suggest you don't venture outside the house. It's a big bad world out there and you will meet people who are many times worse than anything I say or do.

You're not exactly someone I'd like a foreign exchange partner, seems as you're not exactly the welcoming type.
