Nokia 3310 and I got it because I needed an alarm clock.
Nokia 3310, because:
1: I can send texts
2: I can ring people
3: If I'm feeling inventive, I can compose a ringtone! (please note sarcasm)
For pictures and all that I tend to use, well, cameras, so my phone is as good as any other on the market. And I bet it costs next to nothing now.

Siemens A50. I bought it ages ago and it still works fine, so no point in spending hundreds on some new fangled phone with all those gizmos on it.
