Building up a pc from a kinda grant, what's good for graphics?

The last pc I built up was a P3 450, so I'm a little out of touch here.. :)

Any other recommendations for building up anyway, especially memory, confused me with that. I'll edit this in a bit to show what bits I've chosen so far.

Asus K8V-SE Deluxe Motherboard
AMD (Newcastle) Athlon 64bit 3200
2 x Corsair 512 Memory
Connect 3D ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB
Seagate 120GB Hard Drive
NEC ND-3500 Double Layer Dual 16x DVD R/RW
Mitsumi OEM Black Internal Floppy Drive

I've got the AMD Athlon64 3200 with the Asus K8V-SE Deluxe mobo. Very good combo. Works nicely with a 9800XT as well.

That DFI board is a cracker, i really don't think there is a better socket 754 board.

Well actually one of them they really seem to like, but others go downhill.. hmm, wish their site was structured a little easier

MSI are generally unrecommended for motherboards, from what I can bring up. (PcPro)

Although Asus are good. Afterall I have one sat in my machine right now :P

As suggested by myself and Cookie you'll probably be better off with an Nforce 3 250 board.

Just the average DDR.

The memory you've already got on your list will be fine with AMD.
