I offered to help out a mate at school by filling in a suddenly abandoned place in a debate taking place tommorow about Bush, didn't know this at the time and once I'd said yes I couldn't really take it back. To make matters worse we're being viewed by OFSTED. I'm speaking second against Bush, but politics isn't exactly my specialist subject, can anyone point out a few major things I should talk about so I can research them?

Thanks.

I did get that feeling once John Kerry transformed into a metal warrior and tried to kill the giant George Bush monster. After Hulk Hogan had killed his parents too.

I've decided to submit to natural tendancies, and write something 5 minutes before it starts.

Mention that a lot of his administration held high up positions in companies that benefitted from the war in Iraq before they joined.

I'm neither for or against Bush. After reading alot of material in the newspapers, and watching the news, most of it is sort of Propaganda. If all the media portrayed Bush as a "Nice Guy" all the time, then there would be nothing to report of one of the worlds most infulentual people.

Seeing he is portrayed as "MR EVIL" it gets everyone into a frenzy, oposing to what he is doing... Me myself I believe his as a visionary, but really his visions should stick to the good of his own Country, not others!

Saddam was an evil man, and he should have been taken out first time round, and the Socialists keep saying that the war in Iraq is a war against a muslim race, is just perpostus. War is War, and neither politics or political decisions should infulence war decisions (there's a reasons why there's Generals & Admirals & Air Marshalls) and really Bush is not a military man so he should stay out of military matters. This similary applies to Tony Blair, as his tatictal military decisions which did go agaist senior military generals, ended up getting 4 Black Watch members killed and numerous more injured. So secondly my view is Military and Politics don't Mix.

But really, America and Bush I believe to become a better President and to be more liked by his people need to have stronger homeland policies. If he sorts out social problems, like I have listed below, majority of the world would I presume become to like him:

1. America really needs to sort out their gun problem - Really, giving a gun to an American Citizen is really stupid. We've probably all seen Bolwing for Columbine, so I can skip most of the Issues, but gun related deaths are the highest in the World. Seeing that the USA's total gun related deaths we're about 3times higher than all the European Countries put together, soon the country will be annahilating themselves.

2. Sort out teen Sucide - This is another furthur problem that is faced in American society. Teens kill themselves on a huge scale on a weekly basis. This leads to parents blaming idol's such as Manson, or heavy metal music, or viloent television... yet the reason why the teen killed themselves is the inability of American Parents to be good Parents.

3. Thin the gap between the really rich & Poor - Like they say America is the land of opportunity, but if you want to be somebody, you gotta be really rich or famous, if your opinion is considered. The poor are neglected, and this leads to gangs... as they are poor, they really don't try at school, form gangs which leads to Problem 1. Spreading the wealth slightly would improve the society alot, but seeing 90% of Americans are money grabbing elietests, this would never happen.

On an international scale:

4. Stop meddeling in affairs - I've always noticed that from a young age that Americans keep on sticking their noses in unwanted places. Their like dogs in a sense. I mean in the past 60 years since the end of WW2, they have been involved in too many international crisis, which ends up in slaughter, some examples are:(1)Korea, (2)Vietnam, (3)Cuba, (4)Somila, (5)Iraq (Desert Storm, (6)Iraq (Operation Iraqi Liberation, (7)Afganistan and then there are matters which they've indirectly infulenced, (8)Bosina, (9)Czech & Polish Rebellions, (10)Afganistan V Russia, (11)Palistine, (12)Indonisea V East Timor, (13)Salvador. Plus many more I cant remember.

5. Finally - Stop prancing round saying "GOD BLESS AMERICA". The way I see it, God does not bless America, and certainly don't bless Bush. And I hate the attitude that Americans think that all Non-Americans wish to be American... Thats also rubbish.

So Bush has got his work cut out for him, but on the Upside, there is now 4 more years of Stupid speaches and comments which could turn out to be very entertaining.

I dont know if Im too late or not but you have to be VERY careful. There is a lot of stuff flying around about bush that ISNT true. everything you hear in here youd want to check up on. For example bush did NOT read a book upside down to a young child, this picture was forged and sent round the internet. Heres an interesting topic which I didnt bother to read about his religeous language http://www.thenation.com/doc.mhtml?i=20031222&s=stam I was talking to a kerry supporter recently who was complaining that he uses prayer as an excuse so he doesnt have to explain himself to the nation. The only prayer he does is he says "god bless america" and crape like that. I still think that church and state should be seperate and the fact that he does this isolates the non christian population. Whether the americans like it or not it IS a multicultural society, and they have to be aware of other religeons. If bush goes round calling america "gods country" which he may well do then not only does that insult other countries, but also it insults people of other relgieons who dont believe in the christian god who choose to live in the US. Its also like sperating america from the rest of the world asa holy elitist state.

Well there are loads of reason why bush is a dockwad, but there are even more reasons why KERRY is a dockwad. The idea of him as president really scares me. Im glad bush won, and not wanting one candidate to win is NO reason to vote for the other. A lot of americans dont understand the concept of spoiling your ballot. If I dont like either candidate I WILL spoil my ballot making it clear I dont like either one. I think this concept should be reaffirmed to the american people.

what exactly do you mean? All I know is that I am a christian, I dont know what denomination, and I havent read the bible to know if I follow it. I dont see how Im evangelical at all. And I dont support bush, Im glad he was elected, as the alternative was bleak, but I do NOT support him. I think hes a total imbecile.

Jesus Christ, do you ALWAYS take whatever you say so seriously? Oh...of course you do; you're a teenager. Sorry, my mistake...

I'll explain this as you don't seem to understand the concept; I was making a joke, taking the proverbial, poking fun, having a laugh.

I say, these 'joke' thingies really are dashed good fun. You should perhaps try them sometime; it might help you grow a sense of humour about yourself.

Its always hard to tell with you light, that comment could have been a joke, or critical of my views and opinions. I never know if youre going to crack a joke or tell me to "take your priggish little ways and go about your business."
