I realise that some people on this forum (including myself) are planning to go to university next year, and I figured it'd be nice to see who was going and how far they have got with their UCAS application.

I received my confirmation letter from UCAS the other day to say they have received my application, all I can do now is wait..

The university's/courses I have applied for are

University of Lincoln: Games Computing
University of Lincoln: Computing
Sheffield Hallam: Software Development (Games) - Offer - not for this course, however
Northumbira University: Computer Games Software Engineering - Offer
Nottingham Trent University: Computer Science (Games Technology) - Offer

I have received 3 offers so far.

What universitys have you applied for? Had any offers/Rejections yet?

my sis is going to uni next year, dunno where shes applied for and how far she has got with the ucas form...I guess this is a pretty pointless post

you probs won't get any offers till about xmas,they like to gfet as many forms in as possible first, some uni's don't even get back till march!

I know a few people who have had offers already.

If you are not a genious kid, IE, expecting all A's, then dont expect any offers yet, because your UCAS forms havent been sent yet. So you will be like any other kid across the country... Normal.

Ive applied, i have no idea what 'offers' to expect. I'll just wait and see.

Sent my UCAS form off on thursday, fingers crossed I'll get offers... I#m screwed if I don't.

Haven't received a letter yet, so I guess my School's Office is still 'processing' it.

What the hell are you on about,

I received my UCAS confirmation the other day, and I know people who are averaging C's getting offers.

University of Newcastle (Durham campus) - Medicine [confirmation: processing]

University of East Anglia - Biochemistry - Offer
University of Essex - Biochemistry - Offer

I'm guessing East Anglia is your first choice?
