Smiths seem to be doing quite a few bargins recently. Alas, don't think I've seen a Cube game in one in a long time.

Went into Wooly's yesterday and they have started doing pre-owned stuff in selected stores. Read the leaflet, and they are doing pre-owned stuff on everything EXCEPT Gamecube stuff. I was rather... grrr-argh, stupid store.

:)

Me too. Might have to look around some real shops for it.

I think Battalion wars, Fire Emblem and Donkey Konga 2 will see me through to the end of the cube's life.

Zelda aside of course.

Actually, the wee (we're all thinking it, let's just admit it) isn't far off is it. Maybe I won't get through them all before the wee launches anyway.

I had a look at the usual places and the lowest I've seen it was £29.95.

Hmm, I might nip into town to check my Smiths too, I'd pay a fiver for it.

Battalion Wars for the cube, £18 on Play.
Not that big a bargain, but it's a pretty good price if you've been meaning to get it (as I had).

I've been refraining from buying games atm, simply because I need I need to save money for that mighty (in cost) console.

I suppose it is a little late now, but last weejebd I picked up some bargains in Gameplay's online Pay Day sale.

For the Xbox, I got Fable: The Lost Chapters and Forza Motorsport for a combined total of £18! :D

And for the good old GameCube, Donkey Konga for £17.99 - with the bongos as well!! I love this game, I haven't laughed and had so much fun in ages! :D

I've had my Xbox for a year now and I've experienced a lot of dissapointments with it. For instance, the loading times - I thought the huge hard drive and PC specs. were supposed to get rid of this? But even in an exclusive game, like Fable, it's terrible. :P
