2 bad episodes, followed by a load of crap celebrities telling us stuff we already knew. What's the deal with channel 4 - have they only got the newer (ie worse) episodes? Is it completely off BBC2? I don't care really, I've got all the good episodes on DVD, and the next couple of seasons they're releasing should be worth buying, but after that who really gives a flying toss?

They started on series 12 which wasn't a good idea as they're all mostly ass.

At least they're showing the classic episodes, the new ones are absolute crap. Is it any coincidence that they all seem to focus on Lisa as well? Probably the worst character ever

Oh yeah, I never noticed that. Do you think they'd ruin the series by making everyone age? Eg. Maggie becoming a girl like Lisa and Lisa becoming a young adult?

Yes I think that would slaughter it.
The episodes made a few seasons ago ie 4 seasons ago like the ones on last night were a bit down compared to the first ones, but thats after 300 episodes and it can be expected. They were shown on SkyOne ages ago and the ones shown on SkyOne now are generally much better. So stop whining about old news. Even though you all thought the episodes were bad I bet you will still be watching the new ones from now on. I think you were expecting some almighty episodes just cos they were shown on a different network... shame on you all. I still though the episodes were fairly good though but I didnt watch then cos Ive seen them ones loads before.

They're only up to Season 12? Christ. Season 16 premiers tomorrow night in America. Mind, Season 15 has a few laughs here and there, but wasn't the greatness of Seasons 4-7.
They should just replace everything Simpsons related with Futurama, Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm.
