Which do you consider yourself to be, do you think there has been anything which made you how you are, what do you define as introvert or extrovert, would you rather be the other type, does everyone fit into those two catergories or is there a balance, who do you think is the happier group and what would you do in the situation given here http://www.epinions.com/content_138779659908.

Mostly in, only out with good mates.

University, events in my life and Martial Arts have all ensured that I'm no longer that person with the completely introverted approach to life, analysing everything.
That doesn't mean I don't have flashes of darkness and revert to my old self, but I find it so much easier to be able to cope with things such as training a whole load of people or standing up in front of people.

Why?
I don't think there's anything wrong at all with analysing yourself all the time. And other people. You probably find it mundane now maybe because you do it too much.. ;) But I think it's one of the most interesting things in the world. At least it's something we can do.

ditto.
