Japan is overpopulated in relation to it's land mass, Japan is a relatively small country even though they use land reclamation techniques. China is waaayyy overpopulated and it's not because of a lack of land either, my solution to solve both problems is to take Televsion away from the Japanese and give it to the Chinese, that way the chinese will have something to do and won't resort to copulation to relieve their boredom and the Japanese won't have anything to do so they will have to resort to copulation to relieve their boredom!

Literal translations are a bit pants aren't they. But remember english and japanese are actually different languages.

Japan's not over-populated... I think they are all really small, and therefore that's why they invent small gadgets.
