You're right this is the WWE which is exactly why Cena can come back from a life threatening attack a few weeks later to have a wrestling match.

Oh dear. The Rock finds time for off appearances whilst shooting movies and I'm sure the same applies to Cena. Hogan is so old and out of shape he can't sell moves or do anything more demanding than sweat a bit and Hulk up in a manner that didn't even look convincing when he was in his prime. If Brock Lesnar came back it would probably only be with the purpose of gaining exposure for another career move.
