The throwing up was nasty, but it was the constant dull ache that really got on my babs. My sister had this bug when I visited her in Scotland and I thought I'd managed to avoid it. Thursday morning it struck with vengeance.
I've not been that ill in ages. Thank good it was only a 24-hour thing.
I haven't been sick (as in non-alcohol related) since last Christmas, when I got tonsillitus and missed Christmas and New Year's Eve... bah.
I had a cold about 3 weeks ago (No, I'm not going to say I had 'a bit of flu' like most people do, fukwits), and colds are actually pretty nasty. It's just just a sniffle and cough like the tabloids think, it kept me in bed for like 2 days which was... fun.

I may have had the same thing a few weeks back. Real bast it was. I was practically fine the next day though, just had a headache.
