slice and fry to make chips. (beware of fires though)... safety first

Well if you are just going to be boring with them you can also bake them.

You can roast them...

if you smush 'em enough, you can add water, inject them into ping pong balls and throw them at the headmaster's house

Can't say I've really thought about them much. Although if they were well mashed with plenty of cream and butter you could serve them on a platter...

... as an alternative to cheesecake.
