Saturday
We left at about 10 in the morning. After a round on Burnout 3 I was hyped up and the car journey was surprisingly quick. We arrived in Gloucester at half 11, and got settled into the hotel. Quite a charming place actually, but we had to pay to watch movies and the porn channels, which made me slightly annoyed.
But anyway, after browsing around we went to a pub called ‘The Musket’ for grub that evening. There was a gun under the bar, and it reminded me of ‘The Winchester’ from Shaun of the Dead. Mildly Amusing. After filling up we settled down in the room for the night and watched MOTD.
Sunday
I woke up in the morning with a sore throat, and this very infection would go on and spoil the rest of my break. Must have been that girl I was kissing the other day. Stupid Cow. Anyway, filled up on a big breakfast, although my throat kept playing up and I couldn’t eat that much, which was mildly disappointing. Played some golf after that, which I must admit is the most irritating and pointless ‘sport’ ever invented.
After that my ‘sick but still going body’ managed a game of tennis, with and without the table, before we then went out to a pub called ‘The King’s Head’ for the evening. After being thrashed by my brother in Pool, I ended up watching this bloke who must have won the jackpot about three times on this fruit machine. I would have walked away, but he kept piling in the pounds and eventually I think he lost it all. Idiot.
Afterward we went home and watched MOTD 2. My life is so eventful :)
Monday
We were thrown out at ten, and after paying the bill began the fairly long journey back to South Wales. This time it wasn’t so quick, as traffic held us up. And my throat was killing me. I can’t take this anymore. Got home a few hours ago. I sit here typing this whilst downing about five paracetimols.
Not a bad break, but too short and too painful.
So, any news?
Can't get enough of it :)
Hopefully Santa will bring me a table for Christmas.
> Anyone here like Table Tennis?
Whenever I went to Yorkshire on holiday we always ended up playing it. Kinda addicted now...

Already? Argh.
I've only got IT so far.

Used to play a lot. We have a table in the back garden; I'm pretty good.
Nah, sorry Ashey I just can't play golf. I hate it.
As they say, 'Golf spoils a Good walk'
Well, for me it does.
Anyone here like Table Tennis?

> No, it is.
Once you see past the stripey trousers and gay woolies tied around necks, golf is genius fun.
Why yes it is.
*slowly puts on stripey trousers, tightening shirt around neck*
Hmmm.
