There is a severe lack of 'football' about us at the moment and it seems to be a case of hoofing the ball in the air in desparation.
The team is constantly changed on a weekly basis by Fergie which is really frustrating as it disrupts the team; many of the players seem to have simply forgotten where and how they are supposed to be playing and the general morale of the team is down. The defence looked so poor in midweek against Sparta Prague; it's almost like if Rio's not playing, the defence aren't playing and the attacks not much different.
One important fact is that if we don't beat Arsenal on Sunday then I would say farewell to our title chances this season, that may be the single reason to spur United on to winning on Sunday but it won't be easy - thats for sure. Writing off our title chances at such an early stage in the league is beyond depressing.
So come on United, let's see what you are made of.
Predictions and any views on where the match will be won and loss please.

Me me!
The guys fixing the Premier League's fixture lists though... They don't half know how to set things up right! From the 'Battle for Wayne Rooney' clash on day one; 'Wayne Rooney vs. The Champions'; and now, for Arsénal to make it a milestone 50 games without defeat, they have to hold off Manchester United...
See the "irony" of it all? :P
I don't think we stand a great chance of a win, either. Though Arsénal have shown great weaknesses in recent fixtures - especially in Europe! - without Roy Keane in our midfield, we have nothing that even comes close to matching the likes of on-fire Robert Pires and José Antonio Reyes in the opposition's midrift. :(
Still, I believe we can gain a point from this, as the `occasion´ alone will be enough to lift certain players. Wayne Rooney can really do some damage, here. Alan Smith simply has to play; yes. Rio Ferdinand's comeback rolls-on with the ultimate test. Roy Carroll will be ready for 'em, that's for sure.
:@ :D

Who?
If wonderboy Rooney is playing, 2-0 to Arsenal.
:)
Alan Smith was amongst the team the last beat Arsenal in the league. He'd be a good choice.
Fergie should go for Arsenal's throat with an attacking line up. Arsenal always concede goals... Let Ferdinand lead a defence against Arsenal's killer errr Arsenal and hope Rooney is on fire.
Because if he is...
