Was I the only one who thought Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas was coming out today? Apparently its released on the 29th :(. Was it delayed?

Yea it's been delayed to coincide with the release of the new PS2. However the GBA version of GTA was supposed to be released today.
Me neighbour has already played it. He says it's amazing, but he's a fanboy so can't be trusted.
