First Milan derby of the season. Should be good.

Who do you think will win?
If I'd asked myself this before last night, I'd have said AC without much though.
But now I'm not so sure.

Also, you'd have to be the lesser man not to notice that what I was making was a joke after my obviously stupid comment that AC would win comfortably.

I was mroe pointing out the fact that it wasn't favoured by lesser men, and that's why it came to denote that.

This meaning you = the lesser man.

Dunce
Derived from John "Duns" Scotus

John Duns Scotus (1265/66-1308) was one of the most important and influential philosopher-theologians of the High Middle Ages. His brilliantly complex and nuanced thought, which earned him the nickname "the Subtle Doctor," left a mark on discussions of such disparate topics as the semantics of religious language, the problem of universals, divine illumination, and the nature of human freedom. This essay first lays out what is known about Scotus's life and the dating of his works. It then offers an overview of some of his key positions in four main areas of philosophy: natural theology, metaphysics, the theory of knowledge, and ethics and moral psychology.

His written teachings became widespread across Europe (though a number which were attributed to him may not have been penned by him at all) and his ideas continued to exert an influence on religious thinking for some centuries. But in the 16th century, his followers were given the name "Dunses" in part because his dry subtleties were too esoteric for lesser men when they were pursued with dullness and obstinacy. His teachings fell out of favour - and the "Dunses" came to denote a dull, stupid person - a dunce.

I told you AC would beat Inter with ease.
If you agree with me that a draw is a win.

Agreed.

It's amazing how not a single goal was scored.

What a game. Probably was the best goalless draw I've ever seen, and far better than the Arsenal Man Utd and the Real Valencia games.
