Kane's reported 'contractual problems' have now been resolved and he is staying with the WWE.

Vince McMahon is putting Pat Patterson's retirement down to his 'loss of passion' for the business. No mention of his son-in-law.

Shawn Michaels is having knee surgery this week. he is suffering from a torn meniscus. Doctors won't know the extent of his injury or how long he'll be out for until they open it up, worst case scenario is around 7 months away from the ring.

WWE is currently planning to return to the UK in April 2005 to further it's WWE UK brand push, launched with recent Raw and Smackdown tapings on these shore and a range of connected promotional activities. WWE are also looking at the viability of expanding it's developmental system by purchasing a UK based promotion, as a group of powerful backstage voice, lead by im Ross, beleive that international experience is a real plus for it's talent.

In an interview with WWE.com, Chris Benoit basically stated that he will not be defendind the tag team titles with Edge. However, this was an interview in character, so it was probably something that was scripted. The WWE is already hinting around at whether or not Benoit will have to defend the tag titles by himself, with Edge, or whether or not he will be able to choose a new partner?

The results of the IC Title contender poll released by WWE shows that Shelton Benjamin won with relative ease. assuming the figures are legit of course.
Shelton Benjamin 37.48 %
Batista 20.11 %
Coach 7.01 %
Christian 6.69 %
Rhyno 5.77 %
Maven 4.23 %
William Regal 3.81 %
The Hurricane 3.77 %
Tyson Tomko 2.49 %
Tajiri 2.36 %
Steven Richards 2.24 %
Val Venis 1.69 %
Rosey 1.10 %
Chuck Palumbo 0.68 %
Rodney Mack 0.58 %

Credit to Shawn for wrestling in the title match at Taboo Tuesday. It was obvious that his knee was heavily strapped and he did the best he could. It was obvious that he wasn't going to win.

The bigger question is who were the 33% that voted for Edge? They don't even like him in TO let alone anywhere else

Don't know why Kane is staying, especially after that horrible match with Snitsky which has basically killed off the Kane character for me
