I submitted some Tiger Woods cheats about a week ago but they still haven't appeared on the cheat menu. They all worked, so what is going on?

Hmmm, I see a topic entitled 'Somebody help' and it's filled with talk about mentally disabled people - I'm worried :S

Ok... so i understand the mentally disabled angle, but where does it come from? a movie? thats all i wanna know.
