When you can see familiar things on the surface of objects?
Like when a potato looks like Wayne Rooney (bad example).
Like Turin Shroud: when you can see an image in the craggs of a mountain, or faces in the clouds.
What's that called? There's a name for it - beginning with 'S' I think.

Good point, I was referring directly to the cloud thing, and the clouds only.

So you're saying that a potato that resembles Wayne Rooney, or a taco that has the image of Mother Teresa inscribed on it could be described as a silhouette?
Please tell me you're just taking the pish for the sake of being argumentative.
Please.

silˇhouˇette Audio pronunciation of "silhouette" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (sl-t)
n.

1. A drawing consisting of the outline of something, especially a human profile, filled in with a solid color.
[B]2. An outline that appears dark against a light background. See Synonyms at outline.[/B[

OK, so it appears light against a light background, but outline? Outline of a shape that looks like something?
Oh wait,, can it be that I'm not wrong, or can you so high and mighty enlighten us to what Black Glove is actually looking for?

I've heard it used before.
Can you come up with anything better?
Or is it my spelling.

I think you mean silhouette?
As it's more of a 2D shape of it, like a shadow.
