Isn't £15 a bit much for 400 pages?
Nick Zeldman's site for that (as he suggests in the book), and take it from there.
Its just over 400 pages long, and didn't take to much time to read at all (in that it isn't filled with pointless examples and meaningless content). I'd say it was worth the £15 I paid for it.
