Well unfortunately, we don't make the rules. Could be a good thing in some respects.

If SR choose him, then they choose him.

If he's cheated again, then sure, give the GAD to someone else.

Mind you, it seems to be a common thing lately - members cheating and winning...

He can be a member of the forum, yes, since it's easy to ignore him, but it's the fact that he still wins GADs after the amount of times he's been caught cheating or successfully won by cheating that irritates people. He even used to gloat about winning with copied reviews/posts.

He shouldn't be allowed to win GAD.
