Just thinking about game ideas, and i know this should be in that forum, but educational products are quite fun, for instance, a cooking game for your console, although you can't eat the final plate full of rice and chilli, it might be a catchy thing, read on:

It would start off as you being a person in the audience and getting picked out and let loose in a supermarket with £5.50 (extra money for the crazy people who go over budget) you buy some silly items of food and take them back to the studio.
Your greeted at the door by Ainsley harriot, and lead to your kitchen where your expedition will begin, you cook on your own or maybe with a friend on co-op levels, and start to put your flavours and colours together, obviously the time limit will be a little faster or slower to fit your needs, like a football game.
When you complete your dish, it's put to the audience, 50:50 chance who will win? well, eventually after a judges decision and a quick re-count you win and get the hamper of your dreams. When the lights die down and the camera's are shut off, Ainsley asks you if you would like to enter the Ready Steady Cook championships, you agree and are wisked off to a secret location.........this is where it goes mad, 20 newbie cooks are set out to beat you in a one vs one stand off, with food as your weapon you must mix, blend, bake and sweat over your food until the delights are shown to the world!
At the end, you get a year long food training course, exciting huh?
