Foreman, if you want to do a champions league format, i'd say cut the numbers to 16 via knockout and create 4 groups of 4, if you add chris you've got 20 so you would need to lose 4 people, take the weakest 8 and put them in matches against each other.
When you're creating the groups try and keep the top players apart, the rankings should tell you who they are.
