Half empty or half full???

If you are asking philisophically then it depends what your view on life is, but if you are asking physically then it depends if its been poured halfway or if its been filled up and then drunk to the halfway point.

I think that it is 11.00am on a week day & Saturday, 12.00pm on a Sunday. Dont quote me on that as it might have changed, but thats what it used to be.
