I was speaking to a certain mad person in college earlier, who tells me "Yeah, I've just finished my Christmas shopping"...

"What the hell!!!"...I thought.

Does anyone here do their shopping so early? With games especially all the companies hold back the release dates of popular titles til late in the year.

I thought about it, I find myself in the High Street like everyone else with about a week to go until the "big day" - the sheer misery of it all, thinking of something for "the person that has everything", having to buy your siblings a present or else risk not getting one yourself =P All of that...

Does anyone have anything on their list for Santa this year? Pro Evolution 4 and/or Sims 2/Sid Meier's Pirates will do me nicely I think.

Christmas though, not long now...85 days away.

Ow! Well I'm sorry! I'll never do it again I promise =P

There'll always be people that are too sad/organised to wait, like the said person I spoke to today...I've got nowhere to store presents never mind the cash to buy them yet.

Amen to that, I can't count the amount of times people said that last year, and how much I hate Avid Merrion.

Play.com ensures I never have to go out to do Christmas shopping.

*orders DVD/games for brother and dad*

Sorted.

I usually do mine in bits and pieces from about February to August, havent this year yet though because I havent any money to speak of. I never ever do it in December because I hate crowds, plus its easy enough to do it early because I only have to buy 3 or 4 presents for friends as my family doesnt celebrate Christmas, and my friends arent as choosy over presents as my family would be.
