Good stuff.
He had Novo out wide, and Burke playing on the left wing when Prso would have been better off on the left wing, Burke on the right, and Novo playing alongside Thompson.
And the ref was crap.
He carded Malcolm for a fair tackle, and two penalties (they were soft challenges, but still fouls) were declined.
Not to mention the fact that the linesman chopped off a fine goal.
But they won, and it doesn't matter if you beat them 4-2 on penalties, or 10-0 in normal time. A win's a win, which is something Celtic don't seem to be getting in Europe...
If you watched the SPL, you would see he's far more consistent and agile than any keeper in England. Only thing that counts against him is his age.
> Klos (the best keeper in Britain apart from possibly Cech)
Ahahahahahhahahahhaha.
That's why he's playing for a team that goes to penalties against some Portuguese minnows?
Oh dear.

Prso is about there only decent player
This was about '97, though.
What was with the commentators? MarItimo. Not to mention Dado Prusho.
Best thing about scottish footy at the moment is martin o'neill whenever celtic loose. :-)
other than that its rather balls.
> Braga being seventh and Maritimo being second?
It's about 3 games into the season in Portugal, which really doesn't give an accurate representation as the season hasn't really started properly at all yet. Last season, Braga finished 5th, and Maritimo 7th in the Portuguese League. Therefore, my statement about them being the better team is justified. Rangers have only just gone ahead of Aberdeen and Kilmarnock, and this is the 7th week of SPL football. They're not better teams than Rangers.
Face it, Rangers are going nowhere in Europe if a victory over Maritimo on penalties is the best they can do. I'm not saying Hearts are going anywhere, but they scored five goals to Rangers' one in this round of fixtures. Against a proven better team.
Hopefully they can prove me wrong. I'd like another Scottish team to make an impression on Europe. But I just can't see it happening, as Rangers right now look crap. Seriously.
