Here's how it goes:

Whenever they decide (it's past due) the Staffies will make a new forum called Notable Election. At a set date, they'll make a special voting thread in the forum - all you have to do I write "I vote blah-blah" and it'll be added to the tally.

Whoever gets the most votes is Notable.

However, newbies can't vote or be made Notable, so unless you're close to Regulars, you'll have to wait 'til next time.
It's pretty dull, actually.

Mwah. I am now 75th. That means I have moved up 10 places in one SR sitting. That makes me very proud :)

To be a notable though I think you need to have been here for many years, made many friends and done many things on the site.
