I want to get my own T.V show which hopefully will gain mild or high popularity.

Just get some business cards printed up saying "Dr. John Forest Fan, BSc", then make new friends amongst the mid-countries social elite and hand them out. You'll be stuffed if someone chokes at church though.

I'm pretty sure phd is the only way.

I was having a conversation with my folks about this ten minutes ago. I wanted to find out the easiest way to get Doctor before my name, without having to get a PHD. And I don't want to buy an honourary title either.

I don't want to be a medical doctor.
I just want to get a phd in some stupid thing so people are forced to call me 'Dr' anyway.
