About half of the programs you listed are on par/better than it, everything else is worse (theones that are better account for the 1%)

Las Vegas is the best program eva.

The cliffhanger was great, but how old is Red Dwarf now?

I thought the film was still going ahead, robert llewelyn had a thing on his website charting their progress, the last one was them remoulding a kryten head for him.
