no they aren't, they are paid to be part of the team. The team is paid to win and obviously score the goal(although it is expected of him, but the win is what counts not his goal total)

He's a striker. striker's are paid to do just that, strike it into the goal, score.
If he's not scoring, he's not doing what he's paid to do. Simple.

ha only cos you never watch the games, just look at the scorer sheet and make your decisions. Even when he's not scored with the exception of one or two games he has looked sharp. hit the woodwork alot this season too.
