Which album should i get? Believe by Disturbed or Untouchables by Korn?

I'd say Korn. I love their style, some of it is just so damn original.
The Sickness has got some excellent songs on it, but much of the album is inconsistent. As for Believe, I've only heard "Prayer", which has what is probably one of Disturbed's best riffs.
Korn are, to my mind, over-rated, but from what I've heard from it, their first album seems to be the best one. I did have "Life Is Peachy", but it turned out to be pretty awful, aside from "Twist", "Good God" and "A.D.I.D.A.S". Untouchables is sounds pretty good, having a slightly more modern sound (Thank you, online sampling), and having heard the fantastic "Alone I Break", I can say it might be worth listening to.

Believe ain't that much cop, get The Sickness if you haven't got it already.

Well, I can't stand Disturbed in general and Untouchables in Korn's worst album so ask yourself "Do I really want to get either of those?"
