My dad was telling me about this literally 60 seconds ago, he says it has amazing guitar tone and a sweet guitar solo-type section with the guitar and bass playing in unison, or something like that. Lets have a listen then......
I don't think any of their songs will ever top Beautiful Day.
This is quite good indeed. But I get the impression that there's an influence from the chrous of that song they did for the Tomb Raider film, that Elevation one. An ever so slight one, but the moment I heard the chorus of this, I was reminded of that.

Well, nah, not bad. Not amazing, but good radio stuff.
Plenty of U2 songs are better than Beautiful Day. Pretty much all of The Joshua Tree, for one thing.
Rubbish, Stryke, rubbish.
That was the most average song I've listened to all of in ages.
I'm listening to U2 - a song of theirs that struggles to be bested "With or Without You", I also really like "Stuck In a Moment With You".
