No, it says specifically in The Fantastic Four Vol 14 Issue 24 Page 4 that Reed Richards cannot stretch his penis.
I can guess who insisted on such tight costumes.

"Jessica Alba, 23, star of TV's Dark Angel, is Sue Storm, also known as the Invisible Woman, who has a romance with Reed.
• Welshman Ioan Gruffudd, 30, goes from Lancelot in King Arthur to scientist Reed Richards, whose Mr. Fantastic has the ability to stretch."
HAR!
And he played the only 'hero' of Titanic. Going back to rescue others.

I second this. Watching Hornblower in anything these days is amusing. In King Arthur the only possible source of amusement was saying to my friends "Look, Hornblower's riding a horse now." "Hornblower's got two swords." "Crap, looks like trouble. Send for Hornblower."
If Hornblower gets Alba, there'll be trouble.
He won two world wars and one world cup for us. Not bad for a fat lad, who smoked and drank.
And liked cake.
