I was starting to go off of them a bit after an appaling display at the Download festival. I was also getting slightly tired of their last 3 albums...
But I've just heard their new track and I have to say I am mucho impressed.
Hope the rest of the new album, named Chuck (after the man who rescued them in that middle eastern country) lives up to it.
If you haven't heard it sign up to www.Sum41.com and give it a listen.
That 'message' in those lyrics is bloody over and tired.
Listen to 'Testify' by RATM to hear something actually f**king, for lack of a better word 'awesome' and actually effective.

Not exactly brilliant though come on? Not terrible... just psuedo-pseudo-pseudo intellectuals. Though they brought back their 80's band... haha.
And those bloody Charlotte boy's and their 'anthems'.
Better than NFG and Bowling For Soup anyway.
> Pah - Punk Rock? More so Pop Rock.
Nothing wrong with pop rock. Although I despise Sum 41.
They left Pop Punk behind with Fat Lip and In too deep... which was over 2 years ago.
I'd take Sum 41 over Green Day any day.
Greenday are a pop punk band that's a million times better than Sum 41.
