How much can you spend before import duties get whacked onto the price of importing a DVD?

I'm trying to work out whether it's worth buying the Aladdin gift set from Amazon.com (£23ish with postage) or PlayUSA.com (£25.99, but I've been taxed on £22.99 so theres a high risk of paying again)

probably just luck.

I've only bought two things from the US for around the £25 mark (orange GC pad and wavebird b4 they came out here) and didnt get taxed on either.
