What makes me laugh though is the amount of comments in this thread which basically amount to: "City of Heroes' visuals look crap therefore the game is crap".
Why don't people read up about it or play it before they instantly dismiss the game because it doesn't look stunningly beautiful?

City of Heroes is an excellent game. Yea, it may not have the visual flair of something like Half-Life 2, but meh.

That looks awful.
The only game I play is CS:S and it doesn't bother me.
But if it's enjoyable who cares if its the only game you play? The monthly fees are probably the only drawback of these games.

At least the majority of WoW looks 3D. I can't say that about CoH.
