If I were to add my domain names here, would they still work as they do now with my Freeola account (web site, email address etc) or would doing this transfer it to a different system which SR/Freeola have put together?
Thanks.

The last digit of the sr number ties in with the server. i.e. sr0123455 is on server 5. I don't think the info is posted on the site. But after a while, if you have a few domains, you start to notice that if there is a problem it affects batches of sites with the same suffix account number.
My sites on this server are available again this morning, but they went missing for quite a few hours yesterday evening :(
But I'm still a FREEOLA fan!

Just out of interest, how do you know which server your web sites are on? Did you just ask them, or is this kind of information freely available on the freeola web site?

It's all in folders under that domain name, sort of a testing ground and place to show anything online as and when needed (I don't have Freeola broadband, so can't just upload it to my freeola account).
I signed up for the account from bargainhosts as it was cheap and came with alot of features. Once I renew next month and move onto their new package, hopefully I can put something together which is a little more appealing that what you saw on the home page (which I think is one heading at the moment).

Thanks for you advice, have you looked at the page:

"Please enter up to ten domain names requiring this DNS server change along with their respective..."
If it's wrong would it not be better to correct that?
Also if you are still there Afternoon - Server 5 has gone missing again! I've got 4 sites on it so it's rather a pain.
You status page shows no problems. I've sent a ticket...
You seem quite keen, please keep it up - along with Server 5! ;¬)

Thats not actually a DNS Change form, if it doesn't display properly reply to the ticket and when I get back into work tomorrow morning, I can either fax you the form to fill in and to fax back or we can post you the form to fill in.

Just to provide an update for any other interested readers.
Q1:
FREEOLA responded by asking me to check my Junkmail folders and if still no sign of an email I should use the manual route and print off a request form and post it. Hopefully the email system will work for others?!
Q2: No response to this one - Afternoon would you like to comment on this?
Thanks - GWD.
