Aye but nearly anything can be used as a weapon. A board with a nail through it for example, or a fire poker. Even crutches.

Some team could just invent an artificial chemical that can negate the effects of aggression and pump it throughout the world. Problem solved, and the terms "peaceful negotiation" can finally take place worldwide, and how it should be.

It's a pity the Y thingy isn't going to die out sooner - I'd prefer it to be ten years to ten million... the world would then be a more serene peaceful place - isolated catfights would replace wars, etc.
I've often thought the best way to improve the world would be to castrate all males at birth: take out the bullsh*t of man with a swift snip, and castration is the answer. The population would be continued via artificial insemination. That's my politics: Castration Instead Of Devastation - No Balls Equals No Wars. A bit on the radical side, I grant you.
