There is something I feel I must urge the world to do, go and see the new Will Ferell film Anchorman.

I laughed pretty much from start to finish along with the rest of the cinema, except a confused looking foreign family who I assume didnt understand a lot of English.

The tickets were free preview screening tickets so the cinema trip didnt cost a dime - which is always nice. We've been to the cinema a lot lately having the summer off and all, but this film quite simply tops them all. The sheer variety of humour, from slapstick to down right intellegent makes it a film that will appeal to pretty much any generation with a glimmer of a sense of humour.

Go see it, go see it now, skip school, your job or anything else that will get in your way and see this as soon as possible.

And an absence of tastebuds...Pimms is minging; can't stand the stuff.

Pimms dahlink, needs cucumber and apple.

Quite so. Now go and fetch me a Pimms and Lemonade. And make damned sure you offer the correctly angled bow of servitute upon presenting it to me, d'you hear?

Still not sure about Will Ferrel. He seemed to come from nowhere, and everyone was like "He so fun-nae", but that's probably because we don't get SNL (well, not recent ones anyway). That bloke from A Mighty Wind and Best In Show cracks me up though, so it's good to see him in it. Dodgeball looked pretty crappy from the trailers, but that was awesome, so you never know.

It's superb; the sorta film one would like to think one could have written with mates on a drunken evening.

Where do you get screening tickets from?

Oh don't worry, I'll be going to see this asap.
