er-no has been warned on numerous occassions for posting adverts and spamming the site with literally hundreds of repeat messages. Just garbage.
The boy who is er-no is welcome to continue posting on this site. However, his registration will be/has been cancelled, so he will need to sign up again in order to continue here. He will need to use a different name.
Pity - I quite like er-no. But we can't spend our time cleaning up after him.

I think that to take back the action taken by SR would be a bad idea, as their authority must be respected. er-no has been given the chance to come back as another user, so he should take it, and then we have all been warned for the future.
