Last generation.
This generation I'd rather play something slightly more complex.
Sudeki does the job for now, better combat and less platform elements.

Less expensive yes, but better? No. Echoes > Prime.
Get Metroid Prime 2, although if you don't have the original get that instead - it's a tiny bit better (debatable) and a lot cheaper (not debatable).

I think you should choice Metroid Prime 2.

In Harvest Moon you run a farm, and can start a family. Animal Crossing is more about building up your house and character's place in the community.
Get Metroid Prime 2, though.
