For the love of GOD help.

I'm trying to stick my CD's onto my lovely nice new Ipod.

ITunes meanwhile, as I attempt to "import" my music insists that they cannont do it as an unknown error has occured.

It is days like this that make me want to cry.

Oh.... well, too late now. Zen Touch looks nice though

To answer the question - no, I do not own an I-Pod.
